From Humble Beginnings to Forged Carbon Pioneer: My Journey in Jewelry Manufacturing

After graduating with a degree in International Trade in 2006, I embarked on a career exporting fashion jewelry to major U.S. retailers. Over the next seven years, I honed my expertise in alloy, sterling silver, copper, and stainless steel jewelry, rising from a junior sales associate to sales manager. My passion for the industry deepened, and in 2013, I seized an opportunity to lead overseas sales for a men’s jewelry manufacturer. At the time, the company relied entirely on domestic trading firms to distribute products abroad. Within six months, my team established direct export channels, transforming the business into a profitable global operation.

Though successful, a brief detour into healthcare entrepreneurship in 2015 revealed an undeniable truth: Jewelry creation was my true calling. By 2016, I channeled my savings and expertise into founding a small workshop. Through relentless effort and digital outreach, I secured a breakthrough partnership with an American client (a confidential supplier to a world-renowned luxury brand). Their initial modest orders became the lifeline that allowed my fledgling factory to survive and grow.

Today, our medium-scale facility serves prestigious clients worldwide – from American bridal jewelry innovators to German men’s accessory specialists and Italian silverware connoisseurs. Yet our proudest achievement emerged from failure:

In 2019, when a key client requested forged carbon fiber jewelry – a material completely foreign to our metal-centric expertise – we embraced the challenge. After investing over $10,000 in failed industrial molds and 18 months of R&D dead ends, we pioneered a groundbreaking approach. Combining client insights with hands-on experimentation, we became China’s first jewelry manufacturer to master forged carbon fiber in rod and tube forms – the essential profiles for crafting rings.

As the Chinese proverb says, "Perseverance eventually pays off." Our proprietary forged carbon fiber jewelry line, developed entirely in-house from raw material to finished product, now enters its final production phase. These avant-garde designs – marrying aerospace-grade technology with artisanal craftsmanship – will soon debut to global buyers.

Support OEM and ODM Service 

The normal order process is as below:

1. Confirm the styles to order;
2. Confirm the order quantity, unit price after receiving our quotation sheet; 
3. Confirm the proforma invoice and arrange the payment by bank or wire transfer, PayPal or others as discussed;
4. Will arrange for mass production after deposit/payment. The lead time will be 4-6 weeks normally; 
5. Balance payment will need to be paid before shipping. Will arrange the shipping by international express like UPS, FedEx or DHL or others as discussed; 
6. We will be 100% responsible for the goods we produce.

Possesses solid professional knowledge and is well-versed in the production processes of various jewelry products. Has years of experience collaborating with international jewelry brands. Excellent communication skills and high work efficiency.

We combine a few of senior professional designers in our team, like the Former lead designer at Lashbrook, former senior head designer of Fredderic Goldman etc. The team creates 2000+ new men’s ring styles annually, from minimalist bands to rugged Damascus steel designs.
